Mono CMM is a progressing cavity pump series commonly selected for wastewater and general industrial applications requiring consistent flow (variant dependent).

The Mono M range combines a compact footprint with dependable construction, making it well suited to installations where space is limited but reliable operation is essential. Its single-rotor design and universal drive coupling help keep the pump assembly small, while the durable build supports long-term service.

The pump operates using the progressive cavity principle. Inside the pump, the rotor turns within the stator, creating a series of cavities that move fluid smoothly and continuously towards the discharge outlet. This design supports controlled transfer and consistent delivery across a wide range of pumping duties.

Built for tough applications, the Mono M range is suitable for handling viscous liquids and fluids containing random solids. Key construction features include an abrasion- and chemical-resistant stator, a precision-engineered stainless steel rotor, a mechanically sealed drive shaft, and a close-grained cast iron pump casing for strength and durability.

The smooth pumping action, combined with the resilient rubber stator, helps deliver quiet operation. This makes the range particularly suitable for domestic and other noise-sensitive environments where low running noise is an advantage.

Its positive displacement pumping action provides a steady outlet pressure and a non-pulsing flow. This consistent performance is especially important in applications such as heating oil transfer to burner nozzles, where controlled delivery is critical.

The Mono M range is also fully self-priming and can achieve suction lifts of up to 26ft (8m), allowing the pump to be installed above the liquid source for more accessible mounting and easier maintenance.
