Trebles RAC pump packages are pre-engineered assemblies intended for sealed cooling circuits serving air handling units. Each package combines a circulation pump, pressure vessel, low-pressure switch, safety valve and associated ancillaries within a galvanised steel frame, which helps reduce installation time on site.

The pump is controlled by a 0-10V signal from the air handling unit, allowing accurate response to system demand. Built-in dry-run protection and an automatic air purge function are included. The package is supplied with a pre-wired control box for 0-10V input, remote start/stop, pump alarm output and low-pressure switch connection. Once commissioned, the unit is intended to run unattended for long periods with minimal maintenance.

Where plant room space is limited, the enclosed version allows the package to be installed externally. In that format, the equipment is protected by a marine-grade aluminium enclosure that can be removed easily for future servicing and maintenance access.
