Tsurumi - POMA5 Drainage Pump - 230V (Previously POMA4) - Automatic

The Tsurumi - POMA5 is a submersible drainage water Pump - 10-10-1072 designed for efficient and reliable operation in various domestic and industrial Uses.

The *POMA4/5pump is light, compact pump, has an energy efficient motor and integral anti-airlock valve. It can pump waste containing fibrous material and suspended soft solids. With a tube type float switch, for automatic operation in areas with limited space or where precise level control is required. Liquid paraffin is used for the lubrication oil, which enables use in food processing and aquaculture. It is not recommended for ponds or water features.

Users of 230Volts have the option to select from two versions: the "domestic" is supplied with a hose tail and a Hose Clip - Stainless Steel (for fitting to flexible discharge hose) and a 3 pin plug (fitted with a 5 amp fuse).

The "industrial" has a female BSP outlet (for fitting rigid waste pipe) but a plug is not supplied. 110Volt pumps are supplied as "industrial".

The pump is engineered using 304 Stainless Steel and thermoplastic materials, making it strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant. Its compact design allows it to fit in narrow sumps, with a maximum diameter of only 225 mm including the level control.

• Anti-Airlock Mechanism: The pump includes an integral vent valve to prevent air locking, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation
• Durable Shaft: It has a 403 Stainless Steel shaft fitted with an ultra hard-wearing twin mechanical seal
• Impeller: The pump uses a semi-vortex thermoplastic impeller
• Power Cable: It comes supplied with 10 metres of heavy-duty rubber power cable
